It’s hard to believe we’re nearly two weeks into the new year already! Amanda and George’s glamorous gold and blush black tie New Year’s Eve wedding at Cherry Creek was the absolute perfect way to end an amazing 2018 and ring in 2019! I had been looking froward to their wedding day for a long time – I had an absolute blast with them during their engagement session last winter. Amanda and George are college sweethearts and their wedding day was a long time in the making. They are such a special couple and it was an honor to capture their special day!
Amanda and George shared the sweetest first look at Cherry Creek. George’s face just lit up when he saw Amanda and it was so sweet to witness. I love how much George loves Amanda. It’s such a beautiful thing and you can really tell they just adore each other. He is constantly making her laugh! Even though it was a very rainy, overcast day, we were still able to capture some photos outside and I’m so glad we did! We were able to take some beautiful photos at Cherry Creek! The groomsmen looked so handsome in their tails and the bridesmaids were incredibly glamorous in their sparkly gold dresses! Their entire wedding party was so stylish – perfect for a New Year’s Eve wedding!
George was beaming at his bride as she walked down the aisle at the church. Amanda stopped to kiss each of her grandmothers and her mother before meeting her soon-to-be husband at the altar and I thought that was just the sweetest thing. It was evident all day long how important family is to these two and they made great effort to celebrate their families.
From there it was time to head back to Cherry Creek to celebrate the newlyweds – and the new year! Amanda and George had so many fun NYE touches at their reception! They made sure there were lots of fun hats and party items for their guests! The entire evening was so fun and heartfelt, including when the bridesmaids and Amanda did a choreographed dance to “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce! Hands down one of my favorite moments of the entire evening! I could go on and on about how great these two are and how fun their wedding was, but I really think their photos speak for themselves. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Klingbail! I’m so glad our paths crossed and you chose me to capture your special day! I hope you will cherish these photos for years to come!
