I’m so excited to share Allison and Joe’s Detroit winter engagement session! I was so excited when I got Allison’s email back in January. One of my sweet past BRP brides referred Allison to me and I’m so glad she did!! I met up with Alli, Joe, and their beautiful dog Zeus in Downtown Detroit for their engagement photos. It was definitely a chilly day, but these two made the cold look so good! Their husky pup Zeus is such a handsome dog – he has the most beautiful big blue eyes! I love that Alli wanted to include him so they had some family photos together!

Alli and Joe got engaged last November right by Campus Martius, so it was extra special we got to go back and capture photos in the same spot! We got to hit some of my favorite places in Detroit, including a quick stop in the Guardian building. If you’ve never been inside the Guardian building, it is worth stopping in the next time you visit Detroit! The Art Deco architecture is so gorgeous! It was such a fun afternoon walking the streets of Detroit and photographing these two. They are so sweet together and I just love it! I love how Joe can make Alli laugh and their smiles are contagious! Our last stop was at the Cadillac Lodge at Campus Martius. I was so excited when they said they wanted to take a few photos there! I stopped to take a few ring shots and when I turned around, Alli and Joe had started playing tic-tac-toe on one of the couches. Seriously one of the sweetest moments ever! It was the perfect end to their winter engagement session.
