On a chilly May morning, I met up with Sierra and Matt in Downtown Northville for an engagement session. I had so much fun getting to know these two! Sierra and Matt are high school sweethearts and they actually met on a blind date for prom! This sweet couple got engaged in Disney World this past December, which is just too cool. They both love Disney as much as I do! Matt is working toward his PhD at the University of Alabama and Sierra graduated from Michigan State University the day after their engagement session. Sierra grew up in Northville and Matt grew up in Novi, so downtown Northville was the perfect location to take photos! It was a cold morning, but these two were champs! They danced and snuggled together to stay warm, plus we may have made a very important stop for hot chocolate. Although it was early, there were many people downtown that cheered for this cute couple as we took photos! They are getting married next June at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth, one of my all-time favorite classic venues. I’m so excited for this awesome couple and I’m so glad I got to capture their engagement photos in their hometown. Congratulations Sierra & Matt and thanks for hanging out with me!
