Boasting almost thirty acres of perfectly manicured grounds, the venue features tropical flowers and palms, and gorgeous views of the turquoise waters. About Cheeca Lodge Wedding Venue

Situated along the gorgeous white sand beaches, Cheeca Lodge is an elegant beachside getaway that is perfect for a romantic destination wedding. Cheeca Lodge features over 15,000 square feet of classically elegant indoor wedding venues and romantic outdoor wedding venues as well. Whether you want to say your vows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or a romantic garden or a whimsical ballroom, you have endless options at Cheeca Lodge and Spa. Your guests will love having the option to stay at the gorgeous resort, and Cheeca can accommodate a full weekend’s worth of wedding events like a welcome reception, bridal luncheon, and farewell brunch.

 

Ceremony and Reception Venue Options

For wedding ceremony venues, you have several options for indoor venues and outdoor venues.

Islamorada Ballroom – The Islamorada Ballroom at Cheeca Lodge features a vast, pillarless 10,000 square feet ballroom that accommodates up to 1,500 guests for wedding receptions. It has tall ceilings, dramatic chandeliers, and Bahama-inspired carpeting.

South Beach – This space has a capacity of up to 120 guests, either seated for a wedding ceremony or for a reception. Bordering South Beach are six Beachfront Bungalow King Rooms that can be booked for you and your wedding party or other wedding guests.

Spa Island – For a more intimate gathering, Spa Island is available until 9:00 pm for a seated ceremony of up to 40 guests and a reception of up to 120 guests. 

Bougainvillea Ballroom – This second ballroom space at Cheeca Lodge is available until 1:00 am and has a seated dining capacity of 120 guests with a dance floor. 

Sunrise Ballroom and Terrace – As a third ballroom wedding venue space, the Sunrise Ballroom and Terrace is available until 10:00 pm and has a seated dining capacity of 120 guests with a dance floor. 

Pierre’s Restaurant & Beach Cafe – This indoor and outdoor wedding venue features scenic views of the Florida Bay. The outdoor wedding venue can hold up to 200 guests. This venue is located on the Bay Side of Route 1, just a short drive from Cheeca Lodge
