I’m always game for a Downtown Detroit engagement session and Jenna and Doug’s late summer Detroit engagement session last year was SO good! I love the architecture and light in the city. It always makes such a beautiful backdrop for photos!

We had a beautiful evening for their session Downtown and I just love the photos from their session. Jenna and Doug are such a beautiful couple and so much fun. I loved getting to know them better during their session. They’re both super smart, kind individuals who love to travel and adventure together. They have taken some incredible trips together! Doug makes Jenna just light up and it was so fun to capture. I love how much fun these two have together and what a great team they make.

Wait until you see Jenna’s gorgeous red dress!! These two looked SO chic all dressed up against the Detroit skyline. The golden hour glow behind them on the roof made for some all-time favorite photos!

Jenna and Doug were supposed to get married this past June but unfortunately COVID had other plans this year. These two took it all in stride and with such grace! With the safety of their family and friends in mind, they shifted their big wedding plans back to June 2021. I’m so glad I get to be apart of their new date next year and I know it’s going to be worth the wait!!

Congratulations Jenna and Doug! I absolutely loved your Downtown Detroit engagement session and I can’t wait for your wedding day next summer at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial! 2021 is going to be your year!
