I officially kicked off 2020 engagement sessions this past Sunday afternoon with Chelsey and Tim’s snowy winter session! It’s been a strange Michigan winter this year – not a lot of snow and lots of bursts of warm weather! We weren’t sure if we were going to get snowy photos at all! The days leading up to their session were sunny and warmer and it was looking like we were going to have to reschedule. The light layer of snow held out for us!

Chelsey and Tim met in college while studying abroad in Shanghai. They both went to Purdue and are college sweethearts! How cute is that!? I had so much fun hanging out with these two for their engagement session. These two were all smiles and laughs throughout their entire session. They braved the cold and snow like champs! I knew I was going to love Chelsey when she told me she loved cooking, coffee, and Gilmore Girls!

The sun was shining for the entire session and I’m so in love with the golden glow in all of these photos! The sun made their Michigan winter engagement session so darn pretty! It was hard to narrow down favorites for the blog!
