Alex and John had the most beautiful blush and navy wedding! This sweet couple married just a few weeks ago in front of their friends and family at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Bloomfield, Michigan. Their day was such a perfect representation of these two – heartfelt, fun, and family-oriented. It’s clear Alex and John are super loved by their family and friends. Their wedding day was the perfect celebration!

The day began with a rainy start, but Alex was prepared for it with umbrellas and said we would do photos outside rain or shine! Luckily, by the time the ceremony was over, the rain had stopped and we were able to capture some beautiful images outside of the Academy of the Sacred Heart and then some on top of the rooftop garage! It may have been an overcast day, but I just love how the blush and navy wedding colors pop in these photos!

One of my favorite parts of Alex and John’s day was the speeches. Alex’s best friend gave a beautiful and emotional toast to Alex and John. They have been best friends for a long time and it was so sweet to witness her heartfelt speech. John’s best man also gave a great toast and told Alex how much they all loved her and how happy they are that she makes John so happy. Everyone agreed that Alex and John are both amazing individuals and even more amazing as a couple. It was so sweet to hear how loved these two are!
