My last wedding of 2017 was also my first destination wedding out of state! Amanda and Travis celebrated their 10+ year relationship just days before the new year with a destination wedding in the Smoky Mountains at the Dollywood DreamMore Resort in Tennessee. This was an extra special wedding for me because Amanda and Travis are good friends of ours and have known Jason since they were in middle school. It was such an honor to be asked to travel to Tennessee for their destination wedding and capture this incredible day that has been ten years in the making!

Amanda and Travis have built a beautiful life together and they wanted to do something fun and unique for their special day. They planned their entire wedding in less than 3 months! With only their nearest and dearest friends and family, everyone headed to the mountains in Tennessee to celebrate this wonderful couple. Even Travis’ grandma made the trip! Everything took place at the DreamMore Resort, which was such a lovely venue for this couple. The holidays at the DreamMore are a BIG deal and everything was decorated so beautiful! They had big Christmas trees, pretty blue lights, and all kinds of green garland. The resort is so beautiful with the mountains in the background! I loved all the photos we were able to capture!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate an incredible couple. You could feel the love all day long. Everyone could not have been more excited and honored to have been apart of Amanda and Travis’ wedding. Their first dances were so emotional! I’m pretty sure I teared up behind the camera when Travis was dancing with his mom! Amanda and Travis’ nieces Brynna and Brielle were the special flower girls for this wedding and I could hardly handle their sweetness. These two definitely stole the show in a few photos! One of my very favorites is of Brynna sitting on the hotel lobby floor in her flower girl dress drinking Starbucks hot chocolate! So darn cute!

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. O’Connor! I feel so privileged to have been the one to capture your wonderful wedding in Tennessee and I am so lucky to call you guys my friends. It’s crazy to think the next wedding we’ll all be dancing at will be mine and Jason’s! Love you both! I hope you guys love this sneak peek and I can’t wait for you to see your full gallery soon!
