A few weeks ago I had the honor of photographing Lauren and Evan’s wedding at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. As many know, the end of April in Michigan means the weather can be unpredictable – but it was an perfectly warm and sunny! We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful setting to celebrate this special couple. Everything about this day was perfect from start to finish and I am just so happy I got to be apart of it. Lauren and Evan’s sweet daughter Demi played such an important role in every part of their wedding! She was the cutest little flower girl and I loved that she walked back down the aisle with Lauren and Evan after the ceremony. The photos of Lauren and Demi together are some of my favorites from the day. Lauren’s details were so beautiful – she even wore her grandmother’s classic pearl necklace! Pink magnolias were in bloom on MSU’s campus and they made the most gorgeous backdrop for photos. It was hard to choose photos for this post – I love them all. We even got to sneak out and take a few more sunset portraits during the reception! I love all of the memories we captured and I sincerely hope you guys do, too! Congratulations Lauren & Evan – thank you for choosing me to photograph your amazing day! Wishing you both and Demi a lifetime of happiness together!
