Liz and Dan were married on the most gorgeous August day along the blue waters of Lake Michigan and it truly couldn’t have been any more perfect. I am SO in love with these two, their day, and their amazing Inn at Harbor Shores wedding! Liz and Dan are two of the kindest and most driven people I have ever met. They are both so caring and compassionate and such genuinely wonderful individuals. But together, they are absolutely unstoppable. I had so much fun throughout their entire wedding day – their family and friends are so wonderful. I loved that so much of their wedding party was family! I think that’s such a testament to how important their family is to them. It was just so cool.

We started the day at the beautiful Inn at Harbor Shores were everyone got ready. Liz and Dan wrote each other the sweetest notes and I got teary when Liz teared up! It was so sweet! One of my very favorite photos was when Liz was leaving the Inn for the church. She was absolutely beaming with happiness and could not wait to see Dan at the end of the aisle at the church. There are so many amazing moments from their day that it was a challenge narrowing it down! Some of my absolute favorites were taken at Tiscornia Beach in the sand with the blue skies and crashing waves behind us! Plus the sunset in the marina at the Inn at Harbor Shores was just perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day and lovely settings for photos.

I know I say it all the time, but I am incredibly blessed to have such wonderful couples that welcome me in like family and choose me to document this incredibly special time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you SO much for bringing Jason and I to Northern Michigan to capture your engagement photos AND to West Michigan to photograph your perfect wedding day. It really means the world to me and I’m so glad to call you guys friends! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Casselman!! I hope you love these photos as much as I do and I can’t wait for you to see the rest so soon!
