I got to hang out with Shelby and Kyle for their engagement session on one of the last days in September but it definitely didn’t feel like Fall! Even though there were some leaves on the ground, it was over 90 degrees that day in Michigan! So crazy! These two were champs, though. You can’t even tell how hot it was that evening! I have seriously loved this warm Fall – I wish it could stay like this!

Shelby and Kyle are so cute and sweet together! They decided to do their engagement photos at The War Memorial in Grosse Pointe, Michigan – one of my very favorite places! Shelby is a teacher in Grosse Pointe so it seemed like a perfect location for them! I just love the classic architecture and history of The War Memorial, the beautiful blue waters, and lovely flowers and gardens. There are so many beautiful spots for photos!

I love getting to know couples at their engagement session – it makes me so darn excited for their wedding! Congratulations Shelby and Kyle and I hope you love your photos as much as I do! I have so many favorites! I can’t wait for your August wedding next year!
