On one of the last days of 2016, I got to do my final engagement session of the year with Amanda and Travis in Northern Michigan. It was by far the nicest and warmest day of the entire break at nearly 50 degrees (it dropped 20 degrees and snowed the next day of course). Amanda and Travis picked a perfect secluded spot in the woods to take winter engagement photos and they turned out so beautiful! The sunlit pine trees made the perfect backdrop for a fun afternoon playing in the snow. These two are high school sweethearts and just so cute together. They are truly partners in life and best friends. And also good friends of mine, so it was extra special that I got to take engagement photos of them. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – engagement sessions are just the best! Congratulations Amanda and Trav – so excited for your upcoming 2018 wedding!
