I first met these Emily and Darin over coffee in East Lansing and I just knew that we were going to have a ton of fun together. They were kind enough to drive to me on the East side of the state for their engagement session and we could not have asked for a more beautiful November morning! Emily saw Darin for the first time at one of his shows – he’s a very talented musician! They were only dating a few months when he proposed. It’s the kind of thing that makes you believe in fate. Emily and Darin are clearly made for each other and they are just the sweetest couple. I loved how much fun they had and how silly they were during their session! But there were also so many tender moments mixed in, including when they wrapped themselves in Emily’s late grandmother’s handmade quilt. Darin even broke out his guitar! Emily is a girl after my own heart… She showed up with not one, but two Starbucks coffees for their session! I could go on and on about how amazing Emily and Darin are, but I think you can see it right in their photos.
