My photography style is classic and true to life, focused on storytelling and capturing authentic moments. I’m born and raised in the Mitten state, I’m a proud Michigan State University graduate (Go Green!), and I currently live in Metro Detroit, Michigan with my husband Jason and our goldendoodle pup Brinkley.
A little bit about me: I’m a self-proclaimed dark coffee and ice cream addict, history nerd, “chef” with a kitchen full of gadgets, book reader, beach dweller, traveler with a secondary French degree, and I can quote every episode of Friends without missing a beat. When I’m not photographing weddings on the weekends, you can find me browsing the coffee aisle at Whole Foods, laying by our pool in the summer sun, adventuring around Michigan with my husband, or cuddling my goldendoodle Brinkley. In case you were wondering, Brinkley is named after the Tom Hank’s golden retriever in “You’ve Got Mail” – one of my favorite movies!
My goal is to document moments authentically and elegantly for real couples in love.
I always cry at weddings (usually it’s the first look or the father/daughter dance that gets me) and my favorite part of a wedding is when the couple sees each other for the first time as they’re about to embark on their journey of marriage. A wedding day is so much more than just a one-day celebration, but the first day in a shared lifetime of friendship, love, and commitment. I’m so honored to preserve love stories for generations to come. Although I’m very passionate about wedding photography, I love capturing all stages of life. I would love to tell your story and am available for travel anywhere!
